I know what I want for Christmas!

This craft room from Better Home & Gardens. Holy cow, it’s beautiful!!! found via Ritzy Bee

Initial gift tags

I love this idea from Martha Stewart. You can cut the initial out of any type of scrapbooking paper. This would make it very easy to identify gifts as long as your family isn’t full of the same intial!

Fabric Fridge Frame

Jessica over at How About Orange posted a great tutorial on making a fabric fridge frame using cardboard! So cute

Turkey Pops

Bakerella always makes me smile with her cutie cake pops. These little turkeys are so darling!

Bonus for all you candy corn lovers out there. Check out those tail feathers! 🙂

Easy homemade body scrub

I’ve seen plenty of body scrubs recipes out there, but I always stop once I get to the flavored oils because it’s something I don’t have on hand.

However, this recipe from Kelly over at Purple Lemon Designs could not be easier! Equal parts epson salt and corn meal. Gift it with a bottle of almond extract that you mix in when you use the scrub. She even included a downloadable tag with directions for your giftee 🙂 Such an easy gift idea!

Ribbon wreath

My friend Mel put this wreath together a few days ago. I think it’s such a great idea!

She used a foam wreath and wrapped the whole thing in ribbon to cover all styrofoam. She cut 1 1/2 inch – 2 inch strips of ribbon and attached them with flat head pins.wreath

Christmas stockings

Christmas is right around the corner, so it’s time to get on those holiday crafts!

I found this free pattern over at Craftzine. Alicia of Posie Gets Cozy has a new book coming out, Stitched in Time, and she was sweet enough to give out the pattern for these cute stockings. I love the button initials!

I’m back!

I apologize for the extreme light posting over the past few weeks. Many of you know, but for those who don’t, I was recently laid off due to budget cuts. It’s been a trying time, but I’m back on the upswing and things are looking up.

I promise to be back here more!

For now, here are some recent Thanksgiving flags I put together. They will be in the shop tomorrow!
