Monster eye treats
It is what it is took monster eye stickers and stuck them to the bottom of Reese Cups, then bagged them up in super cute packaging. Such a fun Halloween treat idea! Click over here to see how she did it and get a free download of the monster eye tag.

Pumpkin Spice ice cream sandwiches
When I stumbled upon these pumpkin spice ice cream sandwiches by Roots & Wings, I couldn’t wait to try! I got to try out puff pastry for the first time and am totally in love. You actually put pumpkin spice in vanilla ice cream. Divine!
These are just perfect for this unusually warm fall we’ve been having. She has lots of other little recipes in the same post. All delicious fall treats!

Baby A announcements
I finally finished up my nephew, baby Anderson’s birth announcements. We did a little photo shoot in my granny’s backyard in the unbelievably hot, muggy Alabama summer. Anderson was such a trooper! This was the winning shot, but we had a couple of other contenders…
I love how serious and modely he is in this one! His little chubby belly doesn’t hurt either
We used kraft envelopes and wrap around labels, much like the mommy’s baby shower invites I did here.
We couldn’t help but incorporate one of the pics on the address label.
Half of the announcements packaged up and ready to ship out.
Anderson, I know we were a little late, but your birth has finally been formally announced. We’re so happy you’re a part of the family!
Happy find
I’ve wanted a copy of Now we are six by A.A. Milne since I first read about this great 6th birthday idea at Givers Log. I happened upon a consignment sale yesterday (It was the Kids Market for my local folks. Find more info here.) Not only did I find tons of adorable miniature clothes for the nephew, but I found a perfect copy of the book for 3 bucks!
I am in love with the color….
and the little note inside
Hooray for happy finds! Hope you’re all having a wonderful Saturday
